ECO Fab Five Dollar Deals {on Etsy}

“ECO”, as in eco-friendly, recycled and/or upcycled. Made, in some way, to help preserve, protect or give back to the earth. “ECO”, also as in economical, because each one of these babies is listed at only $5.00 ~ oh, yeah!

Please click on text links beneath each photo to view actual listing. Wait until you get a load of these…

Dig n Dazzle 2

This week we wanted to feature the “Art” category on etsy, but it is such a huge category with so many listings that we can’t possibly go through all of them to make our picks. We decided to just focus on mixed media this time, and that has over 2000 listings!

Mixed media artists are uniquely talented in bringing several art mediums into one work of art. I have to admit that I didn’t look at every listing.

After browsing through the category I found works of art that appeal to me, and that speak to my heart and my soul. We would like to share a few of these with you this week.

Dig n Dazzle was started to shine a spotlight on different forms of art by artists that operate an Etsy shop.

We appreciate all art forms, and hope that you will enjoy following our dazzling digs!

Dig ‘n’ Dazzle

Welcome to our Dig n Dazzle Weekly Feature!

Each week, TLC Inspirations will dig into Etsy, and dazzle you with our findings. For our first week, we have chosen our favo
rites in the Etsy accessories category, selecting items that are natural and organic, or otherwise eco-friendly. Although, we have a great passion for all things handmade, we have an admiration for the artists that are able to combine their creativity with being kind and respectful of our environment. We understand that not all artists are able to incorporate this into their creations, but every little bit helps.

We have not been able to be completely eco-friendly in our own crafting, but we try to use eco-friendly products whenever possible, and reuse when the opportunity presents itself. Art is a gift, and it comes in many packages. These are just a few, in our opinion, that are doing a great job “creating green” in the Etsy community in the accessories category. It is our pleasure, and an honor, to share them with you.
