We recently discovered Pinterest, and if you haven’t heard of it, or visited it, you don’t know what you are missing! Window shopping on Pinterest is a whole new experience. Not only is it a great way to shop, it enables you to plan, to decorate, save recipes, tips, find inspiration, travel, learn and share. It really is “everything” rolled into one site. Put a “Pin it” button on your browser! “Pin” all of your favorite things! It’s like a virtual scrapbook!
Discovery
I have discovered things on there, that I would have never found on my own. I can stay updated on what my crafty talented friends are creating, and find new friends. I can travel to beautiful destinations, encounter historical monuments, experience delectable goodies, plan my dream home, experience amazing art and photos, or stumble upon a quote that brightens my day. Or, I can just browse and “daydream.” That’s the only danger…it’s easy to get caught up on Pinterest, and wallow away the time. Sometimes, though, that’s a good thing.
