Kristine, you have to get him to go! You guys would have so much time and talk about quality time. Nothing gets in the way…it’s the best, even through the rain or cold or whatever, lol.

Hahah. Sounds like you still had fun though. My boyfriend introduced me to the world of backpacking this summer so I’ve learned all about roughing it now. Psht. Toilet paper? Please, that’s why God made leaves. haha.

Your camping trip sounds fantastic, even with the hiccups
I too have been trying to convince my husband to go camping, I did it as a kid almost every weekend and have yet to take my kids, they are 7 & 4, he keeps saying next summer, this year I will make him stick to that !!!
